Dolores T. Osterhoudt is a San Francisco native, born November 20, 1971. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1996, with honors in the major (History), and Hastings College of the Law, receiving a J.D. degree in 2001.

During Law School, Dolores had internships with Innocence Project at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Amnesty International’s Refugee and Asylum Program, the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (then Women’s Refugee Project) located at Hastings College of the Law. Following graduation, Dolores focused on immigration law in the Law Office of Virender Goswami, before joining the Law Office of William L. Osterhoudt in 2003.

During her tenure with the Law Office, Ms. Osterhoudt has focused on legal research, trial preparation, and motion and appellate practice in complex criminal cases in the State and federal courts. Additionally, she has substantial experience in post-conviction habeas corpus proceedings in both of these forums. Ms. Osterhoudt is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the Criminal Trial Lawyers’ Association of Northern California.

Ms. Osterhoudt is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
