Frank S. Moore

Frank Scott Moore was born in Redlands, California, August 8, 1962.  He was admitted to the California Bar in 1992.

Mr. Moore graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984.  He obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Golden Gate University in 1986, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Francisco in 1991.  In addition to being of counsel with the Law Office of William L. Osterhoudt, Mr. Moore manages his own firm, the Law Offices of Frank S. Moore, A.P.C.   He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, has been recognized as an appellate law specialist by the State Bar of California and serves on the Appellate Law Advisory Commission to the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Moore represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation and white collar criminal defense.  He has trial experience in state and federal court, engages in appellate advocacy in federal and state appellate courts and represents clients in administrative matters before the California Labor Commissioner, the Social Security Administration and California’s State Personnel Board.  Mr. Moore is an accredited attorney before the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Mr. Moore has been admitted to practice before the California Courts, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California,  and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
